Project Overview
Based on the UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital's priority areas to increase population health in North Central Massachusetts:
58% of workshops covered mental health topics
53% covered chronic health conditions or illnesses
43% covered healthy aging
46% covered social determinants of health
76% had provided childcare!
