We are grateful to being going on Year 7 of our fully-accredited SproutChange, Inc. Internship/Apprenticeship Program!

All our Intern/Trainee Alumni who have graduated are currently placed in competitive positions or in graduate school.

My personal goal as their supervisor and mentor is to see my students excel locally, nationally, and globally and for them to reach their full self-actualization.

Caroline Robinson was so inspired and transformed by her work and mentorship at SproutChange that she felt ready to go straight to graduate school!

You will finish the internship having gained a broad experience in various aspects of entrepreneurial development, shadowing and participating in the various job roles of a social entrepreneur including but not limited to:

Though most of the shadowing and job responsibilities during the internship will be as a direct-report to the SproutChange, Inc. Executive Director, the Intern will also have the opportunity to collaborate with educators, facilitators, partners, sponsors, and clients. Whenever possible, the Intern/Apprentice is invited to attend most events and trainings that SproutChange, Inc. either facilitates or attends.
