Highlights
60% increase in knowledge! On a scale scored from 1-10 (1 being brand new), the average score of knowledge before participating is 4.41 versus after completing the workshop it is 7.5. These are proven results from actual surveys done by past participants.
100% adoption rate! EVERY respondent when asked if they wanted to implement, responded yes. When asked on a scale of how confident/ likely they were to implement, the score was a 9.1, on a scale scored from 1-10! This proves people want to use their new knowledge to make a change!
Workshop Overview based on UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital's priority areas to increase population health in North Central Massachusetts:
58% of workshops covered mental health topics
79% covered chronic health conditions or illnesses
21% covered healthy aging, and
47% had provided childcare!
Out of 19 workshops done to date, we were able to hit upon many key themes to create a diverse learning experience of crucial topics for all participants!
